**Fun N’ Flirty**

It’s no surprise that off the shoulder frilly tops is where it’s at right now.  This new trend has taken over the fashion world by storm.  You can’t read a fashion mag or walk into a store these days without seeing these dramatic sleeve tops everywhere.  Personally, these are the areas of fashion where I really like to put my budgeting skills to use.  I think it’s always a smart idea to invest more in pieces that will last the next decade or so, and pinch pennies when it comes to things you know will only be around for a short time.  I found this top at a Tjmaxx near me and didn’t waste any time having it rung up as the price tag on it was only $14!!  Since the top has a baggy feel to it, I decided to pair it with a black skinny jean and simple strappy heels.  To add some flare to the look, I did a larger tassel earring and my Gucci belt to break it up a bit.  A simple tassel clutch and hair pulled back complete the look.  I would say I’m ready for a summer Saturday night in the city!  Shop the look here:
